These Terms & Conditions apply to online purchases and do not automatically govern separate transactions made in our physical stores unless expressly stated.
Our online store currently accepts orders for delivery to Switzerland and the United States only.

The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Orders exceeding the maximum stated weight may not be eligible for standard shipping.
Orders are shipped using Swiss Post and, where applicable, its international delivery partners.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing and other circumstances. We will comply with applicable legal requirements concerning shipment delays, including any required notifications, cancellation options and refunds.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged where legally permitted and where the costs result from the customer's error.
For orders shipped to the United States, the customer is responsible for applicable import duties, tariffs, import taxes and customs clearance charges that are not included in the checkout total.
These charges may be collected by customs authorities, the shipping carrier or another responsible party. Their amount depends on the applicable import regulations and the circumstances of the shipment.
Customers are responsible for understanding the additional import costs that may apply to their orders.

For eligible items that customers no longer wish to keep, Azoni Living GmbH offers a voluntary return period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Azoni Living GmbH, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns.
